Backseat Battle is a local multiplayer party game. The app does not require an account and does not run a cloud gameplay service.

• We do not collect personal account data in the app.
• We do not require cloud sign-in to play.
• We do not use third-party analytics SDKs for gameplay tracking.

Local network usage

• The app uses local network access to discover and connect nearby players for multiplayer sessions.
• This network communication is limited to gameplay between nearby devices.

Purchases

Purchases and entitlement status are handled by Apple and RevenueCat. We use this purchase information only to unlock paid game access in the app.
